Thank you for your coverage of the life and legacy of Jimmy Carter, the 39th U.S. president and founder of The Carter Center. We have prepared the following guidance to help answer media inquiries.
Interviews and On-site Coverage
Requests for media interviews and inquiries about covering observances and ceremonies should be emailed to media@cartercenter.org. All requests are being managed through this inbox.
Official Ceremony Credentials
The Joint Task Force-National Capital Region issues media credentials to cover each official ceremony of the funeral, including ceremonies in Plains, Ga., Atlanta, Ga., and Washington, D.C. Request credentials at these official televised events.
Courtesy Broadcast Locations
In addition to the official ceremonies, The Carter Center is managing three broadcast courtesy locations for coverage before and after official ceremonies. Please fill out the media registration forms below:

The Carter Center and the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum are unable to do searches for individual requests for photos and video at this time, but high-resolution photos, videos, and b-roll of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter’s life and work are available here.
